Please help keep this list accurate. Add new entries by filling in the boxes and pressing Update. Update existing entries by clicking on a check box next to the entry to be edited. The data will be transfered to the text boxes. Make your changes and press Update. To delete an entry, click on a check box and press the delete button. WARNING, you won't be asked if you are sure, so be sure before pressing delete.
